'Early to bed, early to rise' proves healthier for teens

How much sleep are your teenagers getting? Do they like to stay up late and then push the clock in the morning before school? Are they sound asleep at an early hour and up to see the sunrise the next day?  A new study done by Australian researchers says that children who follow the “early to bed, early to rise” principle, are leaner and in better shape than those who stay up late and sleep in!
